The summer-daily Denali Star is 18 miles into it's nearly 400 mile journey to Fairbanks as it crosses Beach Lake Road on the southern side of the town of Birchwood

While making the drive to Seward I caught up with the Coastal Classic, also en route to Seward, and grabbed this shot along Kenai Lake. Not a bad addition to my drive south for a day cruise.
